We completely renovated a decades-old orphanage in North Kolkata that housed 80 children. The project included new dormitories, a computer lab, a library, and a playground. Beyond infrastructure, we set up a sponsorship program that now covers school fees, uniforms, and extracurricular activities for every child, giving them a real chance at a brighter future.
