We coordinate with local schools throughout the Bay Area to provide backpacks, school supplies, and uniforms to students from low-income families, helping ensure every child has the essential resources they need to succeed in school.
The Story Behind This Campaign
Every child deserves to go to school feeling prepared, confident, and included. Yet for many low-income families in the Bay Area, the beginning of a new school year can bring financial stress. The cost of backpacks, school supplies, uniforms, and other essentials can be difficult for families already struggling with high living expenses.
Our Back-to-School Campaign was created to help close this gap. We coordinate with local schools in the Bay Area to identify students and families who need additional support. Through the generosity of our donors and volunteers, we provide students with new backpacks, essential school supplies, and school uniforms.
A backpack may seem like a small gift, but to a child, it can mean much more. It allows them to enter the classroom prepared and with dignity, without feeling different because their family could not afford the same supplies as their classmates.
Our goal is simple: remove small financial barriers so children can focus on learning, growing, and building a better future.
