1. Online Donations

All donations made through Crescent Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By submitting a donation, you authorize Crescent Foundation to process the specified amount through your chosen payment method. You represent that all information provided during the donation process is accurate and complete.

Recurring donations will be processed on the schedule you specify. You may cancel recurring donations at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us directly.

2. Your Account

Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Crescent Foundation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

3. Volunteer Registration

Volunteer registration is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria. By registering as a volunteer, you represent that all information provided is true and accurate. Crescent Foundation reserves the right to accept or decline volunteer applications at its discretion.

Volunteers agree to adhere to our code of conduct, maintain confidentiality, and represent Crescent Foundation in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

4. Event Registration

Event registration confirms your intent to attend. Crescent Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events at any time. In the event of cancellation, registered attendees will be notified promptly. Crescent Foundation is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.

5. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. If an error occurs in the processing of your donation (for example, a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), please contact us within 14 business days. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Event registration fees, if any, are refundable as specified in the event details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Crescent Foundation platform only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in any activity that harms our community or mission

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Crescent Foundation is committed to protecting your privacy. We adhere to strict confidentiality policies and comply with all applicable data protection laws. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Platform Limitations

Crescent Foundation provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free or continuously available. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time.

9. 501(c)(3) Status

Crescent Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A receipt will be provided for all donations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
