By accessing or using the Crescent Foundation website (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Crescent Foundation reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a donation or create an account on this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Donation Processing

All donations made through the Platform are processed securely through our authorized payment partners. Crescent Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law in your jurisdiction.

4. Transparency & Fees

We pride ourselves on radical transparency. While Crescent Foundation does not charge a platform fee for donors, our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) may deduct standard transaction fees (typically 2.2% + $0.30). 100% of the net proceeds reaching Crescent Foundation are allocated directly to the specified campaign.

5. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• Attempting to bypass any security measures of the Platform.
• Impersonating any person or entity, including Crescent Foundation staff.
• Interfering with the proper working of the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Crescent Foundation or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Platform, even if Crescent Foundation has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
